Registered & Presented papers of high quality will be published in the SPECIAL ISSUES OF INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS (http://socta.in/journal-special-issues.php) provided that the authors do major improvements and extension within the time frame that will be set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor.

It is mandatory that at least one author registers for every paper that is included in the conference proceedings. Conference proceedings/Book of Abstract will be delivered to participants during the conference.
